• Reading Habits (NewsX): To prioritize your privacy, your bookmarks and "Recently Read" history are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store your reading habits on our servers.
• Location Data: (Specific to Women Safety App) we ONLY access location services during an active SOS trigger to deliver it to your trusted contacts. We do not store your location on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used in the following ways:

• To personalize your app experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and robust features you are most interested in.
• To improve our applications and website to better serve you.
• To send periodic emails or notifications if you have opted in (e.g., Water Reminders).

• Google Play Services: Used for core app functionality and updates.
• AdMob: We use Google AdMob for serving advertisements. AdMob may collect and use "Device Identifiers" and "Approximate Location" to show personalized or non-personalized ads.

In accordance with Google Play News Policy, NewsX provides the following transparency disclosures:

• Source Attribution: NewsX is a news aggregator. Every article clearly displays the name and logo of the original publisher. Users are redirected to the publisher's official website to read the full content.
• Publisher Information: NewsX provides a platform for verified news from established Indian media houses. We do not generate original news reporting.

6. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers (if any) or local storage. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
