For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could compromise your phone's security features and mean that our apps won't work properly.

4. Updates and Termination

NewsX is a news aggregator platform. We do not own, create, or host the news content displayed in the app. All articles, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective publishers. We provide easy access to official news websites for user convenience.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any third-party news content. RazZ Info Tech shall not be liable for any misinformation, damages, or issues arising from the news articles users read through our applications. We do not provide original reporting or editorial commentary.
